No. You can use SimpleListings as your main catalog or to create pages for the properties you post on Instagram. Leads can be downloaded as CSV and added to your CRM manually.
When the trial ends, you can choose a plan to keep Pro features. If you don’t subscribe, you move to the Free plan, which lets you publish up to 3 properties with limited features.
