2. Description of Service

SimpleListings is a platform that allows users to create and manage product listings with AI-powered features. We provide tools for product photography enhancement, description generation, and shareable store pages.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• One person or business may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Use the service for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Upload content that violates intellectual property rights

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to process, display, and store your content as needed to provide the service. AI-generated descriptions and enhanced images created by our service may be used by you for commercial purposes.

6. Payment Terms

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

SimpleListings is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
