Frequently asked questions

What is a Google review link?+

It’s a URL that opens your business’s “Write a review” box on Google. Clients don’t have to search for you, so many more of them actually leave the review.

Is this tool free?+

Yes. Your link and QR code are yours to keep and never expire, and you don’t need an account.

What is a Place ID?+

A unique code Google gives every business on Maps. It usually starts with “ChIJ”. You can find yours with Google’s Place ID Finder or by searching above.

Can I ask only happy clients for a review?+

No. Google’s policies don’t allow asking only satisfied customers (“review gating”). Send the link to every customer; honest reviews build more trust anyway.

How do I get more Google reviews?+

Ask right after a great experience, make it one tap (that’s what this link is for), and send it where customers already talk to you, like WhatsApp, text or email. A QR code at the counter helps with walk-in customers.
